No content may be reproduced, represented, modified or used, in whole or in part, without EPACUS’s prior written permission, subject to exceptions provided by law.
Personal data
EPACUS is the controller of information submitted through the TisseWeb contact form. The data processed may include your name, email address, the optional address of your current website, your message, the language used and a technical fingerprint of the IP address associated with the submission.
This information is used to receive and respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss a website redesign project with you. The processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The IP-address fingerprint is processed for EPACUS’s legitimate interest in securing the form and preventing abusive submissions.
The data is available only to authorised EPACUS personnel and, where required to host the website and email service, to o2switch. It is not sold, shared with commercial partners or used to send newsletters.
Requests and related correspondence are retained for three years after the last contact. The IP-address fingerprint is recorded in a temporary server file solely to limit closely spaced submissions; the block lasts one minute, after which the file follows the hosting provider’s temporary-directory cleanup cycle.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email contact@tisseweb.fr or write to EPACUS at its registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Local storage and cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. When you begin completing the form, a draft is saved in your browser’s session storage. It remains only on your device, in the current tab, until that tab is closed or the message is successfully sent. It is not transmitted to EPACUS before you submit the form.
